Abstract

ILO pub-WEP pub. Report on a survey of rural area small scale industry and employment creation in Sri Lanka - deals with employment, linkages with agriculture, main activities, characteristics of employers and employees (educational level, age, sex), facilities, size of enterprise, capital, foreign exchange, labour productivity, raw materials, entrepreneurs. Questionnaire and statistical tables.
