Abstract

Working paper on an integrated approach to the choice of technology, combining traditional and advanced technologys to improve labour productivity in developing countries - finds application for solar energy and biomassin rural areas esp. For agriculture, and for microelectronics in small scale industry and rural cooperatives, although more research and development is necessary, esp. For biotechnology. References.
