Abstract

Working paper on the role of industrial policy and social structures in the implementation of technology transfer in the textile industry and electronics industry in Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand - evaluates a survey of managers covering sources of technical information, decision making, choice of technology, the role of ethnic factors and religious practices, business organization, regulations, etc. Questionnaire and references.
