Abstract

Working paper on the contracting and subcontracting role of small- scale entrepreneurs in the construction industry in Cameroon, Niger and Sierra Leone - discusses contributions of the construction sector to gross domestic product, employment creation and capital formation, considers major types of construction enterprises, public tender contracts and small scale industry productivity, etc. References and statistical tables.
