Abstract

Working paper on rural migration from the volta region to the urban area of accra in Ghana - presents the results of an interview survey of the motivations, age, sex and educational level of migrants, and of training and employment opportunities in the informal sector, etc., and forms part of a WEP research programme on urbanization and employment. References and statistical tables.
