Abstract

Working paper on the relationship between agricultural mechanization and green revolution agricultural development in Asia, comprising of follow up study on the employment implications of Innovation and alternative technologys (item 57736) - examines the distributional impact of tractorization and factors responsible for the adoption of new cultivation techniques, and constitutes part of a WEP research project. References and statistical tables.
