Abstract

Working paper, prepared within the framework of the WEP, on income distribution within and between rural areas and urban areas in Mexico - covers the rural and urban cost of living, economies of scale and household composition, consumer expenditure, poverty, standard of living, etc., presents the research methodology and the data collecting methods, and suggests some tentative economic policy measures. References and statistical tables.
