Abstract

Este documento de trabajo presenta indicadores de desempeño de una planta de motores en Argentina, enfocándose principalmente, en sus niveles de producción, ocupación y productividad de la mano de obra. Analiza la trayectoria innovativa de la firma, destacándose las innovaciones asociadas al nuevo motor de 6 cilindros.
