Abstract

Da a conocer la evolución general de la empresa CONASTIL (Compañía Colombiana de Astilleros Ltda.) , considerando sus etapas de desarrollo y desempeño a través de estadísticas agregadas, incluyendo los aspectos de mercado. Describe las instalaciones, equipos y tipos de actividades que desarrolla. Examina el proceso de aprendizaje, empleo y transferencia de conocimientos técnicos y la evolución en el manejo de órdenes de reparación de barcos.
