Abstract

Este informe se basa en un estudio limitado, realizado a través de un cuestionario y de entrevistas con importantes funcionarios de los Ministerios de Educación en seis países del Caribe. El estudio fue limitado debido al corto tiempo disponible, y al escaso contacto que fue posible establecer con cada una de las personas que respondieron en los seis países seleccionados. Como consecuencia de ello, el estudio debe ser considerado como un estudio exploratorio, que intenta identificar nuevas líneas de pensamiento.
