Wirtschaftspolitische Positionen oesterreichischer Parteien im historischen Verlauf. Die Ausgestaltung oesterreichischer Parteiprogrammatiken hinsichtlich neoliberalen Gedankenguts

Abstract

Gegenstand dieses Artikels ist eine Analyse von Grundsatzprogrammen ausgewaehlter oesterreichischer Parteien vor dem Hintergrund einer historisch gewachsenen hegemonialen Vormachtstellung des Neoliberalismus. Ziel der Analyse ist es herauszufinden, inwieweit inhaltliche Veraenderungen in den Programmatiken durch die neoliberale Wende in den spaeten 1970er Jahren beguenstigt wurden. Die Feststellung der Orientierung an neoliberalen Begrifflichkeiten und Inhalten erfolgt durch eine vergleichende Laengsschnittanalyse. Dabei wird das jeweils aktuelle mit einem frueheren Programm, welches noch nicht in die neoliberale Epoche faellt, an Hand der vier Dimensionen Marktbild, Menschenbild, Wettbewerbs- und Wirtschaftspolitik und wohlfahrtsstaatliches Engagement, gegenuebergestellt.
