Vorzeitig gelöste Ausbildungsverträge in der dualen Ausbildung in Hamburg

Abstract

"Mehr als jeder vierte Ausbildungsvertrag in Hamburg wird vor Ablauf der regulären Ausbildungszeit beendet. Gleichwohl bedeutet nicht jede vorzeitige Vertragslösung einen Abbruch der beruflichen Bildungsanstrengungen. Bei genauer Betrachtung fällt auf, dass das Phänomen der vorzeitigen Vertragslösungen auf tiefgreifende Segmentationen im dualen System verweist, d. h. Betroffenheit und Folgen von Vertragslösungen sind im hohen Maße ungleich verteilt. Angesichts der demografischen Veränderungen und dem daraus resultierenden Bedarf an Fachkräften einerseits, sowie den Schwierigkeiten junger Menschen beim Berufseinstieg und den nicht unerheblichen betrieblichen Kosten vorzeitig beendeter Ausbildungsverhältnisse andererseits, gilt es, die Anzahl vorzeitiger Vertragslösungen weiter zu senken."
