Abstract

In dem Bericht werden Zahlen der Geschäftsstatistiken der Bundesanstalt für Arbeit ausgehend von 1995 fünf Jahre lang fortgeschrieben, und zwar getrennt für West- und Ostdeutschland. Berechnet wird die jährliche Veränderung des Bestandes der sozialversicherungspflichtigen Arbeitskräfte unter der Annahme, daß es keine gravierenden Veränderungen der allgemeinen Arbeitsmarktlage und der Gesetzeslage gibt. Das Modell berücksichtigt das alters- und geschlechtsspezifische Abgangsverhalten (Sterblichkeit, Verrentung) der Arbeitskräfte sowie deren Zu- und Abgang in und aus der Stillen Reserve. (IAB2)
