Das gesamtwirtschaftliche Stellenangebot - Bundesrepublik Deutschland, IV. Quartal 1994 : Teil II: Struktur des Stellenangebots nach Betriebgrößen, Wirtschaftsbereichen und Qualifikationsgruppen

Abstract

Seit Herbst 1989 werden Betriebe und Verwaltungen regelmäßig über die Zahl und Struktur ihrer offenen Stellen befragt, seit 1992 auch in Ostdeutschland. An der Erhebung vom vierten Quartal 1994 beteiligten sich 8406 Betriebe und Verwaltungen. Der Beitrag zeigt, daß gut die Hälfte des Stellenangebots Ende 1994 auf kleine Betriebe entfiel, ein Drittel auf mittlere und knapp 10 % auf größere Betriebe. Auf Mitarbeitersuche waren in erster Linie die Dienstleistungsbetriebe. Bei fast drei Vierteln der angebotenen Stellen wünschten die Betriebe Bewerber mit einer qualifizierten Berufsausbildung. Für un- und angelernte Arbeitskräfte standen relativ wenige Stellen zur Verfügung, überwiegend in konsumnahen Dienstleistungszweigen. Stellen für Arbeitertätigkeiten wurden den Arbeitsämtern relativ häufiger gemeldet als solche für Angestelltentätigkeiten. (IAB2)
