Berufsausbildung Ost im Übergang: Die Entwicklung der Ausbildungsleistungen von Treuhand- und Ex-Treuhandunternehmen

Abstract

"Im Zuge der Verringerung des Unternehmensbestandes und des Personalabbaus in den verbliebenen Betrieben ging die Zahl der Auszubildenden in Treuhandunternehmen von etwa 200 000 Ende 1990 auf ca. 20 000 im April 1993 zurück. Im Gegenzug nahm die Ausbildungsleistung privatisierter Treuhandunternehmen auf ca. 63 000 zu. Vom Ausbildungsrückgang in Treuhandfirmen waren junge Frauen besonders betroffen. Ihr Anteil verringerte sich von 34 auf zuletzt 25 Prozent. Auch in Ex-Treuhandbetrieben waren es nur 21 Prozent. Treuhand- und Ex-Treuhandfirmen beschäftigen heute nurmehr ein Drittel aller Auszubildenden (83 000) - gegenüber ca. 70% zur Zeit vor der Wende. Der Umstrukturierungsprozeß der Berufsausbildung ist in den neuen Bundesländern in Gang gekommen, aber noch lange nicht abgeschlossen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
