Abstract

"Im Rahmen der Studie 'Arbeitsqualität und wirtschaftlicher Erfolg: Panelstudie zu Entwicklungsverläufen in deutschen Betrieben' hat das IAB das infas - Institut für angewandte Sozialwissenschaft GmbH mit der Durchführung der Beschäftigtenbefragung beauftragt. Die als Panel angelegte Studie erfasst, wie sich betriebliche Personal- und Geschäftsstrategien in der unternehmerischen Entwicklung und in der beruflichen Entwicklung der Beschäftigten auswirken. Der vorliegende Bericht dokumentiert die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der 4. Erhebungswelle im Jahr 2019. Er stellt zunächst das Erhebungsdesign der Beschäftigtenbefragung vor (Kapitel 1) und beschreibt danach die Zusammensetzung der Stichprobe (Kapitel 2). Im dritten Kapitel wird das Erhebungsinstrument vorgestellt. Die Feldorganisation und -durchführung sind Gegenstand von Kapitel 4. Kapitel 5 stellt die Feld- und Ausschöpfungsergebnisse dar. Anschließend werden die Datenprüfungs- und Datenlieferungsprozesse thematisiert (Kapitel 6). Im letzten, siebten Kapitel werden die Methodik und Ergebnisse der Selektivitätsanalyse und Gewichtung referiert." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
