Abstract

"Bei der vorliegenden Untersuchung 'Arbeitsqualität und wirtschaftlicher Erfolg' handelt es sich um eine vertiefende Betriebsbefragung, die in den Jahren 2012 und 2014 im Rahmen des IAB-Betriebspanels durchgeführt wird. Vorgesehen war dabei, dass jeweils rund 600 Betriebe ab einer Größe von 50 sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten zu Sachverhalten, die im IAB-Betriebspanel nicht erhoben werden, ergänzend befragt werden. Insbesondere Fragen zur Personalarbeit sowie zur Unternehmenskultur bilden die Schwerpunkte der Befragung. Die hierbei erfassten Daten sind mit den Daten des IAB-Betriebspanels aus dem Jahr 2012 bzw. 2014 verknüpfbar. Die Erhebung ist als Zusatzbefragung im Rahmen des IAB-Betriebspanels konzipiert. Der vorliegende Methodenbericht dokumentiert Anlage, Organisation, Ablauf und methodische Ergebnisse der ersten Welle der Zusatzerhebung 'Arbeitsqualität und wirtschaftlicher Erfolg' im Jahr 2012."
