La Reforma De La Regulación En El Contexto Autonómico

Abstract

. En este trabajo abordamos el tema de la Regulación, materia clásica en economía pública, aunque siempre haya recibido mucha menor atención que los ingresos o gastos públicos, con el fin de fomentar el debate en torno a las estrategias más adecuadas de Reforma de la Regulación. Dichas reformas estructurales permiten generar inequívocas ganancias, tanto desde el punto de vista de la eficiencia, como desde el punto de vista de la transparencia en los procesos redistributivos. Las aportaciones que realizamos en este trabajo son tres. Por una parte, realizamos una sistematización de los diferentes informes y literatura existentes sobre el tema. Por otra parte, dotamos de razonamiento económico a los mismos. Por último, evaluamos la situación de las Comunidades Autónomas al respecto, y en comparación con los principales países de la OCDE.
