Abstract

. Este trabajo analiza las políticas destinadas al fomento de las capacidades de las PYME españolas. El análisis se realiza considerando la relevancia de la aplicación de las políticas bien desde el ámbito nacional, bien desde el regional. Para ello se utiliza información de la base de datos SMIE y se realiza un análisis con técnicas multivariantes para comparar los objetivos e instrumentos utilizados por cada uno de los dos niveles administrativos en la aplicación de las políticas. La unidad de análisis considerada es el instrumento concreto de política aplicado.
