Uvođenje eura u Hrvatskoj: mogući učinci na međunarodnu razmjenu i ulaganja

Abstract

U radu se prikazuju rezultati izabranih empirijskih istraživanja o utjecaju uvođenja eura na robnu razmjenu, inozemna ulaganja i turizam te se daje kratak analitički pregled iskustava pojedinih zemalja europodručja, posebice novijih članica te turističkih zemalja. Na osnovi toga, a uzimajući u obzir visok stupanj povezanosti Hrvatske s europodručjem, ocjenjujemo da bi uvođenje eura, zbog nižih transakcijskih troškova i lakše usporedivosti cijena te smanjenja valutnog rizika, moglo blago pojačati hrvatsku razmjenu robe i usluga, posebice turističkih, te pogodovati privlačenju inozemnih ulaganja.
