新型コロナの影響と政策対応への認識 : 個人サーベイに基づく観察

Abstract

本稿は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の脅威や政策対応への国民の見方を、2020年6月に行った個人サーベイに基づいて概観する。調査結果によれば、第一に、新型コロナに感染・重症化する主観的リスクは高く、強い社会的離隔措置を支持する人が多い。第二に、新型コロナの終息まで今後2年ほど要するというのが国民の平均的な見方である。第三に、新型コロナ及び自粛措置の消費支出への負の影響は高所得層において顕著であり、選択的支出への影響が大きかったことを示唆している。第四に、個人特性を問わず特別定額給付金を支持する人は多いが、新型コロナの影響で仕事を失った人や低所得者など資金制約の影響が強い人にとって便益が大きかった。
