Abstract

資本主義市場経済を標榜したロシアの体制転換プロセスも，早や15年以上の歳月が経過した。本稿では，この機をとらえて同国における経済構造改革の回顧と将来展望を試みた。同国における経済構造改革は，顕著な成果を上げており，1998年金融危機以降の経済成長をもたらした一因であることに疑問の余地はない。しかし同時に，国民経済活動を支える同国の経済諸制度は歴史の浅い急ごしらえの存在であって，今なお実効性に乏しいものが少なくない。ロシア経済が，今後，中・長期的にも確固たる成長経路を辿ることができるか否は，正に既に導入されたが，依然として未成熟な諸制度の一層の洗練化にかかっている。我々は，プーチン大統領及びその後継者による政策運営を，より一層注意深く見守る必要がある。
