日本公共养老金的基本问题, 日本における公的年金の基本問題

Abstract

2004年是日本养老金改革之年，厚生劳动省正在为此抓紧准备。2003年秋社会保障审议会养老金部会将整理出其意见书，并将就有关此次的养老金制度改革的政府草案的主要内容，至年末与共同执政党进行协商，并在与其他省厅进行协调后推出。养老金改正法案预计将于2004年春向通常国会提出。本文将对日本公共养老金所面临的基本问题进行梳理，并阐述今后需要解决的课题。
