産学連携による知識創出とイノベーションの研究 -産学の共同発明者への大規模調査からの基礎的知見-

Abstract

本報告書は、産学連携研究プロジェクトに従事した国立大学及び企業の共同発明者に対して行った我が国で初めての大規模調査(大学研究者743名、企業研究者704名からの回答、2004～2007年度の出願特許)の結果を報告している。報告書は実施した調査の概要、アンケート調査回答者の属性、産学連携プロジェクトの形成とその基本構造、産学連携の動機ときっかけ、産学連携プロジェクトのマネジメント、研究プロジェクトへのインプット(人材と資金)、産学連携プロジェクトの成果と波及効果等の章から構成される。(1)橋渡しとしての産学連携プロジェクト、(2)産学連携へのニーズとシーズの源泉、(3)産学連携プロジェクトで利用されている研究資源の多様性、(4)産学連携プロジェクトにおける国内知識源の重要性と産学連携の国内産業への重要性、(5)産学連携プロジェクトに参加している研究者の特徴、(6)産学共同発明の出願構造、(7)産学間のパートナーのマッチング、(8)産学連携プロジェクトのマネジメントの融合、(9)研究プロジェクトへのインプット(人材と資金)、(10)シーズ研究の資金源と産学連携プロジェクトの資金源の関係、(11)産学連携プロジェクトの成果の商業化、(12)産学連携プロジェクトによる研究能力向上への成果とフォローアップ研究の頻度、(13)プロジェクト実施による当初目標の達成度等について、重要な基礎的知見が得られた。
