我が国におけるコンフリクト研究の課題 -近年のコンフリクト研究に対する文献研究より-, Within-group Conflict Research in Japan: Unsolved Issues

Abstract

本研究の目的は,日本の経営学・組織論において集団内コンフリクト研究が今後検討すべき課題を明らかにすることである.まず,近年多くの研究が行われてきた欧米のコンフリクト研究を対象とする文献研究を行った.しかし,コンフリクトの現象は文化の影響を大きく受けるため,欧米と日本とでは検討すべき課題が異なる可能性が高い.それゆえ,両者の文化の違いに基づくことで,日本において独特に検討すべき課題を明らかにした.
