労働組合の経済効果と未組織労働者の組織化支持 : の前後比較

Abstract

この論文の目的は，1992年と2007年に同一質問票で調査されたデータを用いて，労働組合の経済効果と未組織労働者の態度の変化を分析することにある．分析の結果，以下のような変化が浮き彫りとなった．第１に，労働組合の賃金効果は1992年には観察されなかったのに対して，2007年には男性に関して賃金プレミアムがみられるようになった．ただし，女性に関しては観察されない．第２に，労働組合の発言効果に関しても，1992年にはみられなかったものが，2007年には男性の転職希望（および部分的に仕事不満足度）を引き下げるようになった．ただし，女性に関しては，そうした発言効果はみられない．第３に，男性の未組織労働者の間で組合の組織化支持が高まっている．ただし，女性の未組織労働者の組織化支持の上昇は男性に比べてわずかである．しかも，職場に発言型従業員組織が存在すると，女性の組合への支持はほぼ代替されてしまう．
