本稿の目的は,先行業績190 点の包括的なサーベイを通じて,ロシア企業統治研究の議論の幅と到達点を検証することである。同分野では,研究者の強い問題関心と精力的な調査活動の結果,短期間に驚くほど多数の研究成果が生み出され,ロシア企業の内部構造について大変豊かな知見が提供されている。しかし,先行研究の争点は,私有化企業の所有構造と経営再建プロセスとの相関関係に著しく偏っている。その結果,極めて重大な問題領域の幾つかが十分な検討に付されていない。ロシア企業の実態を多角的に究明すべく,研究体系に均整をもたらすことが,新世紀の新たな要請である。
