急進主義 対 漸進主義－－移行戦略論争の体系的レビュー－－, 25 Years of the Transition Strategy Debate- A Systematic Review -

Abstract

旧社会主義諸国の移行戦略を巡る議論は，いまもなお脈々と続いている。本稿は，その本流である急進主義対漸進主義論争に寄与した先行研究135 点の体系的レビューを通じて，同論争の全体像を提示すると共に，これら先行研究の主張態度と文献属性の相関関係を検証した。その結果，主張態度という観点から，総じて急進主義派は一枚岩的であるのに対して，漸進主義派の内部では，反急速主義，段階主義，並びに双方の折衷的な見解を表明する3 つの研究者集団がほぼ拮抗している様が見出された。また，急進主義対漸進主義論争の枠内には止まりつつも，急進主義からも漸進主義からも一定の距離を置く，いわゆる中立派的な研究者集団の存在も確認された。更に，主張態度と文献属性の相関関係に関するクロス表分析及び質的選択モデルの回帰推定は，論争の背景像や今日に至る道筋を理解する上で，大変示唆に富んだ事実関係を明らかにした。
