製品アーキテクチャと人材マネジメント－－企業アンケート調査に基づく日中韓比較－－

Abstract

本稿の目的は，製品アーキテクチャと人材マネジメントとの間の補完性に焦点を絞り，日本・韓国・中国企業を対象に実施したアンケート調査データを用いて，その実証分析を試みることにある．分析の結果，以下の点が明らかとなった．まず第１に，製品アーキテクチャに関しては，日本と韓国は，モジュラー寄りとインテグラル寄りの比率がほぼ半々で，中国はモジュラー寄りの割合が高かった．第２に，人材マネジメントの方法・慣行に関しては，新規学卒による内部育成重視か中途採用重視かに相違があった．日本が新卒重視，中国が中途採用重視という両極にあり，韓国は日本に近い形でその中間にあった．第３に，製品アーキテクチャと人材マネジメントとの組み合わせに関しては，日本においては製品アーキテクチャと人材マネジメントとが適切な組み合わせにあるとき開発パフォーマンスを有意に高まるという結果が得られた．しかし，韓国と中国ではそうした統計的有意性は確認できなかった．第４に，開発パフォーマンスと製品アーキテクチャ・人材マネジメントの組み合せとの間に線形の関係があることを仮定せずに，組み合せ指数が-1から+1の区間内でどのような効果を非線形的にもつかをみると，日本でも韓国でも，ベストの組み合わせに近づくにつれて，逓増的に開発パフォーマンスが高まることが確認できた．
