経済学的視点から見た二重債務問題

Abstract

本稿の目的は、いわゆる「二重債務問題」を経済学の視点から分析し、東日本大震災における同問題への対応に関して政策的なインプリケーションを得ることである。本稿では、主として金融契約の理論に基づき、二重債務問題を経済学的視点から評価する。また、東日本大震災の被災地企業の財務データを阪神・淡路大震災の被災地企業などと比較しながら企業の二重債務問題に関して若干の定量的分析を行うとともに、政府・中央銀行によって取られた二重債務問題への対策について評価を行う。
