Abstract

De udarbejdede Processtyrede Patientforløb tager deres udgangspunkt i det forventede patientflow i OUH-FAM, men de underliggende principper for Processtyrede Patientforløb er generelt gyldige, så principperne kan anvendes i alle situationer hvor det er formålet at kunne beskrive det enkelte patientforløb, så man kan: 1. Undersøge om arbejdsgangene er hensigtsmæssige, og om der er unødige flaskehalse og ventetider. 2. Dimensioneringen de fysiske og faglige ressourcer. 3. Foretage den faktiske styring af patientflowet.
