Abstract

Sammenhængende patientforløb indgår og er nævnt i adskillige nationale og regionale indsatser. Skift mellem sektorer, sygehusafdelinger og behandlere giver et komplekst og sammensat forløb for patienter, hvilket også samtidigt betyder, at patienten er den eneste person der oplever dette i sin helhed. Det sammenhængende patientforløb ses ofte ud fra kombinationer mellem sundhedsfaglige og organisatoriske perspektiver uden at brugerperspektivet (patienter og pårørende) inddrages systematisk. I projekt PaRIS er det overordnede formål at ”øge patienternes oplevelse af og tilfredsheden med sammenhæng i patientforløbet ved styrke patienternes rolle som aktiv dialogpart”. Projektet er påbegyndt den 1. august 2008 og forløber over 3 år. Projektet er støttet af Erhvervs og Byggestyrelsens program for brugerdreven innovation samt en tillægsbevilling fra Kræftens Bekæmpelses pulje fra Komité til Opfølgning på Kræftpatientens Verden. Nærværende delrapport er en del af dokumentationen fra den første vidensafdækkende fase af projektet, hvor resultaterne fra en spørgeskemaundersøgelse præsenteres. Formålet med dokumentationsrapporten er at formidle de rå observerede fordelinger på alle spørgsmålene i spørgeskemaet, så de umiddelbare resultater hurtigt bliver gjort tilgængeligt for projektet og for den brede offentlighed. Udover denne publikation vil der efterfølgende komme en række videnskabelige artikler i internationale tidsskrifter samt formidlende artikler i danske tidsskrifter og magasiner.
