Betalningsviljan för att minska risken för icke-dödliga och dödliga skador i samband med vägtrafikolyckor – en pilotstudie med jämförelse av CV och kedje-ansats

Abstract

IHE har i samarbete med professor Lars Hultkrantz vid Örebro Universitet gjort en studie på uppdrag av Trafikverket med syfte att ta fram underlag för en uppdatering av olycksvärden för vägtrafikolyckor som kan fördelas efter en skadeindelning baserad på medicinsk invaliditet. Studien har nu publicerats i form av fyra IHE rapporter; IHE Rapport 2016:5 och IHE Rapport 2016:6 skattar antalet förlorade kvalitetsjusterade levnadsår (QALYs) och personskadekostnader i samband med en vägtrafikolycka och fotgängarolycka, singel. IHE Rapport 2016:7 presenterar en skattning av befolkningens betalningsvilja för att minska risken för personskador i samband med en vägtrafikolycka. Denna skattning baseras på en så kallad kedje-ansats, vilken jämförs med en mer traditionell ansats i IHE Rapport 2016:8.
