Abstract

Den svenska kriminalpolitikens reaktion på en allt grövre brottslighet har bland annat handlat om att skärpa påföljder, bygga ut anstalter och sänka åldern för straffbarhet. Mer förbisett, åtminstone i den offentliga debatten, är frågan om hur samhället kan påverka unga i en riktning som gör att de aldrig begår sitt första allvarliga brott.
