Försvarsmakten och diskriminering – en jämförelse mellan 2010 och 2015

Abstract

År 2009 instiftades en ny diskrimineringslag i Sverige. Lagen syftar till att motverka diskriminering och främja lika rättigheter och möjligheter med grund i kön, könsöverskridande identitet eller uttryck, etnisk tillhörighet, religion eller annan trosuppfattning, funktionsnedsättning, sexuell läggning samt ålder. Med bakgrund mot denna nya lagstiftning blev vi tillfrågade att göra en utredning och kartläggning av diskriminering inom Försvarsmakten. Det resulterade i en enkät som genomfördes bland alla försvarsmaktens anställda våren 2010. En uppföljning har sedan dess planerats och resulterade i att vi tillfrågats om att göra motsvarande utredning och kartläggning 2015. I denna rapport presenteras studien från 2015 och jämförelser med resultaten från 2010.
