Strategisk Bolognaanpassning? En företagsanalys av Handelshögskolan

Abstract

Under 2006 bedrivs ett intensivt arbete med att omforma Handelshögskolans utbildningsprogram och utbildningsrutiner för att leva upp till de krav som formuleras i Bolognaprocessens olika lagar, förordningar och riktlinjer. Syftet med rapporten är att göra en nulägesrapport som kan ge inspiration och vägledning till ett mer strategiskt och handlingsinriktat förändringsarbete. Rapporten diskuterar särskilt hur Handelshögskolans utbildningsprogram på kandidat-, magister-, och masternivå bör struktureras för att kunna förena marknadsanpassning med kostnadseffektivitet och vilken typ av organisation som behövs för att leda och administrera utvecklingen av sådana program. Rapportens övergripande slutsats är att Bolognaprocessen inte bara utgör en administrativ reform, utan att även en reform som förutsätter stora förändringar med avseende på pedagogik och organisationskultur.
