Abstract

Le rapport Draghi sur la compétitivité européenne, disponible uniquement en anglais et rendu public le 9 septembre 2024 a fait beaucoup réagir, en grande partie en raison de sa communication décliniste et de certaines de ses propositions, telles que la relance d'un grand plan d'investissement financé par des fonds européens. Pour autant, peu d'analyses sérieuses ont été publiées à son sujet. Ce rapport ouvre pourtant la voie à des mesures dangereuses pour la démocratie et pour l'économie européenne sans jamais s'interroger sur les causes réelles du « décrochage économique » qu'il prétend résoudre.
