Abstract

Cette recherche a pris naissance suite à un certain nombre d'observations empiriques effectuées sur la structure des salaires et les structures d'emploi dans l'industrie en France et en Allemagne (cf. rapport sur la hiérarchie des salaires - CERC 1972). Il tente d'appréhender les processus et comportements pour permettre une analyse du partage de la masse salariale industrielle constatée en tant que 'fait social", révélateur de différences profondes entre deux marchés du travail, deux types de stratifications et deux sociétés.
