Les indicateurs de suivi et d'évaluation du "Pacte rebond pour l'emploi - Plan Un jeune, une solution"

Abstract

Après son avis sur le "Pacte Rebond pour l'emploi- Plan Un jeune, une solution" de février 2021, le CESER est sollicité au sujet des indicateurs de suivi et d'évaluation de ce plan. S'appuyant sur une analyse approfondie des indicateurs de pilotage définis par l'Etat et la Région, le CESER constate que les données quantitatives disponibles pourraient être élargies. Il estime aussi nécessaire de développer des indicateurs qualitatifs, dans l'objectif de mieux mesurer l'impact de ce plan sur les parcours des jeunes, les territoires et la qualité de l'emploi. Enfin, le CESER appelle à la mise en oeuvre d'une démarche d'évaluation externe.
