La réception des modèles associatifs étrangers en France

Abstract

Il existe un modèle de secteur sans but lucratif européen différent de son homologue américain dans sa forme et ses relations avec les pouvoirs publics. Le modèle européen de relations public-non lucratif peut se décliner en cinq variantes : anglo-saxonne, corporatiste et partenariale, nordique, méditerranéenne et post-communiste. Ces variante se sont rapprochées au cours des premières années du 21ème siècle, puis des années tourmentées qui ont suivi la crise financière de 2007. Enfin, il semble que la France, pays hybride et difficile à classer, peut tirer de ses homologues étrangers des enseignements sur les relations qu'entretiennent les pouvoirs publics et les associations
