Abstract

La notion de régulation est ambiguë ne serait-ce que parce son sens diffère selon les disciplines qui s'y réfèrent (c'est un concept transdisciplinaire), mais aussi dans la mesure où elle ouvre le champ politique à l'ambivalence qui vaut entre incitation et coercition par recours, par exemple, à la notion de « guide » dont il est important de rappeler le fondement religieux même si on parle plus souvent de référentiel et / ou de normes en sciences des organisations. Elle ouvre deux autres questions : celle de la prescription (et donc, dans une logique foucaldienne, celle de la surveillance et du contrôle) et celle de la déviance. Il est avant tout question d'action organisée
