Abstract

Ce rapport étudie les conditions de développement d'un guide d'achat consacré aux objets connectés de santé au sein d'Harmonie Mutuelle. Réalisé dans le cadre de la Direction Stratégie Offres et Innovation, le travail vise à déterminer les facteurs clés de succès susceptibles de favoriser le lancement et le développement de cette nouvelle offre destinée aux adhérents. La méthodologie repose principalement sur la réalisation d'un benchmark de sites consacrés aux objets connectés, combinant analyse qualitative et quantitative, recherche de mots-clés, analyse de contenu et exploitation de données à l'aide de questionnaires et de tableaux croisés. L'étude met en évidence plusieurs facteurs déterminants, notamment la présence d'actualités, l'utilisation des réseaux sociaux, la prise en compte des avis des utilisateurs, la réalisation de tests de produits, la qualité de la communication et de la présentation des objets ainsi que les mécanismes de fidélisation. Les résultats du benchmark ont permis de formuler des recommandations pour le guide d'achat et les principaux facteurs identifiés ont été validés par le comité de l'offre d'Harmonie Mutuelle.
