L’Internet des objets pourrait-il générer un avantage concurrentiel de long terme chez Nameshield ?

Abstract

Ce rapport analyse les perspectives offertes par l'Internet des objets pour Nameshield à partir d'une étude de veille stratégique consacrée au DNS et aux systèmes d'identification des objets connectés. L'objectif est d'évaluer dans quelle mesure ce nouveau marché pourrait constituer un avantage concurrentiel de long terme pour l'entreprise. Le travail examine le fonctionnement et la sécurisation du DNS, les principales vulnérabilités associées, les projets d'identification des objets connectés tels que l'Object Name System, ainsi que les enjeux technologiques, économiques, concurrentiels et juridiques liés au développement de l'Internet des objets. L'étude met également en perspective les stratégies des principaux acteurs du secteur et les possibilités de diversification pour Nameshield. Les résultats conduisent à privilégier une stratégie progressive fondée sur le renforcement de la veille stratégique, le suivi des évolutions réglementaires et technologiques et le développement de partenariats, plutôt qu'un investissement immédiat important dans la sécurisation du DNS des objets connectés.
