Abstract

Ce mémoire analyse les enjeux liés au développement des objets connectés dans le secteur public à partir d'une expérience conduite au sein de Gfi Informatique. Il examine l'émergence de l'Internet des objets, ses principaux usages et les transformations organisationnelles associées à son déploiement. Une attention particulière est portée au secteur de la santé, notamment à la santé connectée, à la télémédecine et à la m-santé. Le travail s'intéresse aux conditions permettant l'intégration de ces technologies dans les organisations, ainsi qu'aux enjeux de transformation digitale et de conduite du changement qu'elles soulèvent. À partir de l'étude de projets et d'applications professionnelles, dont un projet de télésurveillance médicale, le mémoire met en évidence les opportunités offertes par les objets connectés tout en soulignant la nécessité d'accompagner leur adoption sur les plans organisationnel, stratégique et humain.
