Abstract

ThreeME est un modèle macroéconomique d'équilibre général calculable multisectoriel d'inspiration néo-keynésienne, conçu pour évaluer les impacts macroéconomiques des politiques publiques, notamment énergétiques et environnementales. Il est issu d'une collaboration depuis 2008 entre l'Observatoire Français des Conjonctures Economiques (OFCE) et l'Agence de la transition écologique (ADEME)¹. Le modèle est régulièrement mobilisé pour l'évaluation macroéconomique des politiques énergie-climat, que ce soit pour l'évaluation ex ante de l'impact macroéconomique de la Stratégie Nationale Bas Carbone dans ses 2ème (SNBC2) et 3ème (SNBC3) volets, lors du Débat National sur la Transition Énergétique (DNTE), pour l'évaluation de scénarios de transition énergétique (Programmations Pluriannuelles de l'Energie, Transitions ADEME) ou pendant la mission dirigée par Jean Pisani-Ferry et Selma Mahfouz sur les incidences économiques de l'action pour le climat. Dans une même optique, le modèle a été utilisé dans d'autres pays et dans des contextes régionaux, Mexique, Indonésie, Tunisie, Pays-Bas, Régions Occitanie et Île-de-France. [Premier paragraphe]
