Abstract

Cet article étudie la logique décisionnelle des robo-advisors. Il montre que ces dispositifs relèvent d'une rationalité conditionnelle : ils appliquent des règles paramétrées dans un espace informationnel fermé. L'analyse empirique met en évidence une amélioration moyenne de l'efficacité, mais aussi une restriction structurelle de l'espace des décisions possibles. L'article oppose ainsi cette rationalité conditionnelle à la vertu de prudence. Les limites observées apparaissent dès lors comme architecturales plutôt que computationnelles.
