Abstract

This study proposes an absolute evaluation of the performance of public water utilities for each of the regulatory indicators. A signage readable and intelligible is proposed in order to translate the information available effectively. Specific to each indicator, a metric system is proposed which defines performance classes. This new tool allows appreciating the rational level of service performance for each of the regulatory indicators, developing a dashboard of performance; it can also be mobilized in an approach to benchmarking performance.
