Abstract

Le focus group, ou groupe de discussion, est une méthode de collecte d'informations, utilisé notamment en sciences sociales. Cette collecte se fait à partir d'opinions exprimées par un groupe de personnes (experts ou acteurs économiques) sur un sujet déterminé. Dans le cadre du projet Interfaces, cette méthode a été utilisée pour faire révéler les attentes des professionnels de la filière (transformateurs de pommes et de mangues) relatives à la qualité des fruits tout au long de la chaîne, ainsi que leur perception des outils mis au point par les chercheurs pour caractériser et maîtriser cette qualité.
