Abstract

Education and training play a central role in the knowledge economy, as evidenced by the evolution of economic models, such as the transition from KEI/KI to GKI over six years, marked by significant transformations in variables, calculation bases, and public policies. Innovation, omnipresent in this evolution, remains a key driver, particularly through the Global Innovation Index (GII), which provides a macroeconomic view promoting benchmarking practices. At the microeconomic level, innovation is seen as essential to maintaining the competitiveness of businesses, but requires a conducive environment and an appropriate organization. The interaction between employee training and industrial organization is crucial for stimulating innovation within manufacturing SMEs. The way a company structures its human resources and processes directly influences its level of innovation. The communication aims to illustrate the development of quantitative and qualitative methods applied to the Algerian industry, presenting a model for the development of modeling and the application of quantitative and qualitative methods to industry in Algeria.
