Abstract

Cet article examine le microcrédit sous l'angle de sa faisabilité sociale et de sa conformité aux principes bibliques de solidarité et de justice. En s'appuyant sur la littérature existante et sur des références bibliques, il montre que le microcrédit peut devenir un instrument de développement humain intégral lorsqu'il est accompagné de dispositifs appropriés, tels qu'un fonds de solidarité participatif. Ce mécanisme permet de concilier performance économique, cohésion sociale et responsabilité éthique. L'étude met en évidence les conditions nécessaires à cette réussite et propose des perspectives pour la recherche et la pratique en microfinance.
